CLEANING CPU

PURPOSE      :give the guide well and correctly in the cleaning cpu

SCOPE                       :this is applied to technician doing theo job safety

KEYWORD    :CPU , screwdriver ,brush ,mini vacum cleaner

INSTRUCTIONS       :

1.     Prepare tools

2.     Wear overall (wearpack) and pray before do activity

3.     Open chasing CPU by loosen the screw

4.     Clean components with brush

5.     Make sure all components all clean

6.     Clean chasing with mini vacum cleaner or brush

7.     Assemble components CPU and put in chasing

8.     Fasten the screw in the chasing

9.     Check CPU by turning on

MONITORING         :before technician doing the job must record time,date,and tools

CORECTIVE ACTION :if there are any part are difficult to clean ,give a little gas the napkin ,then polished to the part gently

VERIFICATION AND RECORD KEEPING :the technician should record the date,day,tolls are use in the procdure .the record must kept for 1 month.
